Lawrence Ave West, Toronto – Front Stair Brick Repair & Foundation Waterproofing

This brickwork repair and waterproofing restoration project on Lawrence Avenue West in Toronto was completed to address ongoing water infiltration around the home’s front stairs. After identifying moisture damage and structural deterioration, our team removed all rotting and compromised bricks to expose the underlying cinderblock foundation wall.

We then performed a full cinderblock wall repair, which included closing and filling an old window cavity to restore structural integrity. For long‑term protection against future water infiltration, we applied black tar waterproofing followed by a full layer of Blueskin membrane, ensuring a durable moisture barrier that meets GTA climate demands.

Once the structure was fully sealed, we expertly installed new brickwork, sourcing bricks that matched the original colour, size, and texture for a seamless finish. The result is a fully restored, waterproofed, and visually consistent façade that enhances the home’s durability and curb appeal.
