Condo Flooring Replacement After Flooding — Toronto Condo Renovation

This condo flooring replacement project was completed after a major flood affected multiple units along the same side of the building. The homeowner used the insurance payout to restore the space, and our scope included removing and disposing of all damaged laminate flooring, waterproofing the perimeter along the terrace side, and regrading the exterior gravel to improve future drainage. Inside the unit, we performed mold treatment using certified remediation products, assisted the client in selecting a premium flooring option that met the condo’s noise‑reduction requirements, and installed the new flooring and baseboards. The result is a modern, elegant suite finished with high‑quality materials—distinctly upgraded compared to the original builder‑grade vinyl found in the other units.
