Maxim Crescent, Scarborough – 25‑ft Flitch Beam Installation for Open‑Concept Bungalow

The Maxim Crescent project came to us through a long‑standing chain of trust — a family friend of the homeowner who had already worked with us on four previous structural projects. This history made the collaboration feel familiar from the start.
